You are invited to step into the Sweatlodge (Inipi) a sacred ceremony of purification and renewal, rooted in the ancient traditions of North Americas Natives.
Inipi means “to live again” in the Lakota language — a return to the womb of Mother Earth, where we remember our essence and pray with fire, water, air, and stone.
Inside the lodge, the breath of the steam carries our prayers, songs rise from the heart, and the darkness embraces us like the night before rebirth.
Guided with great care and respect by Kauil, we journey through heat, silence, and song — releasing the old, awakening the new.

How to Prepare for the Sweatlodge / Inipi Ceremony
Eat light during the day.
Drink lost of water.
No meat, alcohol, or heavy meals in the hours before the ceremony.
Bring a towel.
Bring light clothes ( that can get dirty and wet) or swimsuit to wear inside the lodge.
Bring a dry and warm change of clothes for after the ceremony.
Bring a fruit to share after
small offering for the altar (flowers, seeds, tobacco, honey, etc.).
Enter with an open heart, humility, and gratitude — the ceremony begins the moment you decide to come.

Como se Preparar para a Cerimônia da Tenda do Suor / Inipi
Coma leve durante a dia. Beber muito água durante a dia Evite carne, álcool e refeições pesadas nas horas que antecedem a cerimônia. Traga uma toalha. Traga roupas leves (que possam sujar e molhar) ou um traje de banho para usar dentro da tenda. Traga uma troca de roupas secas e quentes para depois da cerimônia. Traga uma fruta para compartilhar após a cerimônia. Traga uma pequena oferenda para o altar (flores, sementes, tabaco, mel, etc.). Winter solstice marks the darkest depths of winter and the beginning of the return of the sun. It is a time to honour the ever turning wheel of the year, let go of things that no longer serve you and to give thanks for the passing of another season.
The fire can symbolise the return of the sun and most of all it creates a super atmosphere. It’s a simple yet powerful ritual that connects us to ancient traditions, when our ancestors would gather around fires to celebrate survival through the darkest days of the year.
We will have a moment of silens to take some time to reflect on the past year and all that has happened. This can be a great opportunity to let go of anything that no longer serves you and to set intentions for the coming year.
The music and singing will help to honnor the return of the light. And give us energy to be powerfull in this next turn of lives weel.
